What we collect

Your name, email, phone and any message, when you enrol or send an enquiry.
What you tell us about your goals (for example whether you want a career, to go mobile or earn a second income).
Standard technical data (anonymous usage information and essential cookies) needed to keep the website working.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange your enrolment and payment (our contract with you).
To give you access to the course and your certificates, and to support you while you learn.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We only share information where necessary to run the course — for example with the payment and hosting providers that operate the service on our behalf. We never sell your data.

Keeping it

We keep records for as long as needed to provide the course and meet our legal obligations, then delete them securely.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@elizabethsbarbertraining.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
